  It's better than the other local grocery store for prices. Produce can be sketchy. Seriously showing it's age, too.

  3 times now I have been into this store and witnessed completely inappropriate behavior from employees and once i saw a roach. The first time, someone I assume was a manager was verbally abusing an employee at the checkout counter. It was loud and inappropriate and made me very uncomfortable. Another time, I was completely ignored by a couple of managers who were having a personal conversation in the office until i finally just left. But the last time I went into thriftee's was appalling. I witnessed multiple employees or managers cussing loudly and berating an employee who looked like the poor girl was in tears. I will NEVER shop here again. The management is so unprofessional and mean. I feel so bad for the employees who work there and if any of you are reading this you should know that you CAN call the police for verbal abuse and you shouldn't let anyone talk to you that way. If I could give 0 stars I would.
